Unfortunately, as you know, one of our losses, thanks to Covid-19, was the ability to have our Sunday night dinners at The Brooke Tavern. Although the Brooke Tavern is now open, their capacity to seat large groups outside is somewhat limited. However, we have a very exciting opportunity where we can once again "chat and dine" with each other!
We are pleased to let you know that our friends Jeff Wodicka, Neil Castro, and Chef Rick Bieber, owners of The Mansion in Saratoga, have offered to host a Sunday dinner on Sunday, September 6th, 2020 (Labor Day Weekend) at The Mansion (801 Route 29, Rock City Falls, NY 12863) at 5:30 pm. Here are the details!

The dinner will be Sunday, September 6, 2020 starting at 5:30. See below re: Happy Hour. There will be no happy hour so guests will need to be there to be seated at 5:30 for dinner service to begin.
Reservations
It is very important that you are confident you will attend if you RSVP yes as we need to give Jeff, Neil and Rick a count before the event. It is also important to indicate if you are requesting to sit with specific other dinner attendees. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EVITE BY SEPTEMBER 3, 2020 IN ORDER TO RESERVE A SEAT AT THE DINNER! PLEASE INDICATE IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE EVITE SYSTEM YOUR SEATING REQUESTS (e.g., "will sit with three other participants--John, Susan, Michael", or "a table for two--me and my friend Jack").
Menu & Prices

Location/Social Distancing & Safety
The dinner will take place outside under their very large tented area located behind the main home. This space allows for compliance with social distancing guidelines. All guests will be required to wear masks when not seated at their assigned table under the tent.
Seating Options
There are several table arrangements available. Seating for 1, 2, 4 or 6 are possible. For anyone coming as a single, you would have the option of dining alone at one of the smaller tables, or joining with someone else (or several others) that you feel comfortable being seated with without a mask on during dinner, at a larger table. When making your reservations, you will need to indicate seating desires and the names of those you would like to sit with.
Happy Hour
Because of social distancing and mask requirements, it will not be possible to have a happy hour before the event as we can not congregate as a group in large numbers without masks on. Therefore, any beverages will be ordered via your wait staff while you are seated at your table for dinner.
