PPGNY is a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health services and information, a fierce advocate, and a committed partner to advance equity and improve health outcomes for all.

PPGNY’s Out for Health program delivers LGBTQ+ affirming health navigation, outreach, and education to increase awareness and access to health and human services. By providing one‑on‑one navigation, letters of support, and a robust referral network, the program reduces barriers to care and supports long‑term health and well‑being. Through community outreach, educational workshops, and provider training, the program strengthens local systems of care and expands access to affirming services state‑wide.
