The LGBT Rights Pro Bono Project will be hosting an event entitled "The State of LGBT Rights in 2017" on January 30th at Albany Law School, 80 New Scotland Ave, Albany. We will feature panelists from various backgrounds and organizations, including Judge Elizabeth Garry and Martha Harvey of the Capital Region Pride Center, to speak about the current state of rights in the LGBT community and what we can expect looking toward the future in light of our new president. There will be a networking reception (with appetizers and beer/wine) afterward for those who want to speak with panelists/attorneys directly.
Registration begins at 5:30pm. https://www.facebook.com/events/235948326860398/#
